VDC Group completed the construction of a new industrial warehouse and offices in North Geelong.
The project involved turnkey construction of a modern 1,600 square meter warehouse complemented with a two-storey office space covering 300 square meters. This project included essential civil works, plumbing and drainage systems, electrical installations, and structural elements, such as footings and structural steel framework and precast concrete panels, emphasizing durability and efficiency in construction.
Inside the facility, a full office fit-out was completed, including accessible and ambulant toilet facilities, a shower and locker room, a dedicated lunchroom, and a welcoming reception area with individual office spaces to promote productivity. Additionally, the development incorporated an automated entry gate and a comprehensive security system to ensure safety and accessibility for all staff and visitors.
